Nice weather for ducks...

Yeah, I need a new project like a hole in the head but since finishing up the Daisy Chain Sampler my brain has been going into overdrive for another embroidery project.

I absolutely adore this print by Leanda at onelittlebird studio and its been the driving inspiration behind this little design Ive drawn up.  We'll see how it stitches up...

Hows this rain?

My poor little kidlets will be like drowned rats when they get home from their first day back at school!

I like your new design, that;s going to look lovely on the dark background.
It's finally stopped raining here, yay! Now it's sunny with 500% humidity.

That sampler looks sooo lovely all finished and framed up, well done for persisting. Your new project looks great too. And the kids, gorgeous despite the bucketing rain. We had sun for the first time in almost 2 weeks, thank goodness as we were all going a tad troppo. melx

More time for you now to study and get even more creative :-)

The sampler looks like it fits just right in that frame, you've done a beautiful job and now you get to sit and admire your work:) Ahh the rain it's been awful down here, finally some sun today. I hope the rain doesn't hang around too long. I hope your two enjoyed their first day back at school. x

Poor little ones all wet. At least though they are not feeling cold.
